    Very nice room with beautiful view to the valley from your balcony. Even better view from the restaurant where you can enjoy a breakfast. Breakfast was good. The staff was very kind and always ready to help. Parking on the street or there is small parking place 2 minutes away. Very big bed.

    Basic room, no AC but fan available. Room was quiet, WiFi worked well. Simple breakfast, hard boiled eggs, some toast, cereals and coffee/tea. Lovely terrace with amazing views. Convenient parking in the street or 2 min further down. Overall, a no frills stay at good value.

    Highly recommended this cozy and lovely room. Equipped with every useful things. The room decorations are vintage style.. Everything is made by love... One of the special thing is wood -burning stove. It was very pleasant, that our host Victoria lit the fire for us... You can drink very tasty water from the tap... Although the streets of the village are very narrow, car parking is very easy in front of the house... Our host Victoria is very friendly. She helped us with everything. We enjoyed to stay here.

    In general it was fine, we liked the location, an easy parking spot, food was good, though we didn't expect to pay extra 12 euro to for a couple of coffee and tea cups! Nice stuff Tony was generous on the other the Philippine lady (sorry I forget her name) was a little bit noisy talking on the phone from 8am loud voice!!!!

    In the middle of Pedoulas’ main street (out of season advantage: parking available next to the hotel’s entrance); you have all you need: bed ok, bathroom reasonable, wifi, even old fashioned central heating worked. breakfast for 7 € in the reception (=owner’s living room) optional (I did not chose) looking ok for the price

    We arrived a little earlier than expected but was told by the friendly receptionist that our room was ready. There was plenty of Free parking a short distance from the hotel. Our room had the most wonderful view From the small balcony looking out over the mountain village. The breakfast was by far one of the best that we have ever had anywhere we have stayed. All this and the most friendly staff you could imagine. Nothing was to much trouble. We will definitely stay there again.

    The welcome is warm and friendly. Nothing is a problem and the family are lovely. Kept a parking space, right outside, for me as my friend was on crutches.
