The desk staff were responsive and professional and dining room staff (when you could find them) were pleasant and helpful. The pool was clean (but very cold!). The bathroom was clean and well stocked with toilet paper. The room had a mini fridge which is always appreciated. Indoor parking was provided free of charge.
