We enjoy cooking our dinner in the apartment. Laundry is available. The car park is just downstairs and very convenient and the lift made it easy to access to the apartment which is situated on the 3rd floor. The host is very nice!

Breakfast is served at the hotel opposite which has a wonderful terrace overlooking the lake. we had free access to the hotel's canoe and kayaks which was a real treat. There is a regular bus service from outside the hotel in both directions and you get a free pass from reception which we made good use of as it saved us driving/ parking.

Excellent location for seeing the area - very close to the pier for boat trips on the lake, and above the main road from Locarno to Italy (hence the inevitable traffic noise, but this never became a problem). Private parking straight-forward. Hosts greeted on arrival (despite our uncertain arrival time) and were always helpful. Wifi excellent; air conditioning in main room; kitchen had everything we needed.
