Wonderful experience and warm welcome by properly owner Mr.Hachi and family. Very helpful and provided all information and he was very keen all the time to help us. Excellent Japanese style dinner and breakfast served. Property is very near to station and we got offered a free drop off with shuttle bus. Nice place to walk around. Free local dress for the entire duration of stay. Very large room and very clean facility. Private onsen for exclusive use. Free entry tickets for other few onsens around. Hachi offered free drop of after checkout to station and nearby restaurant door our lunch. He was seen Very enthusiastic to capture different pictures of ours. Al ways recommended in Japan, a life time experience in Kinosaki-onsen. Forgot to mention a warm tea making ceremony by his mom on checkin!!

We had 2 room rooms, one for my wife and myself and one for my daughter. Both rooms were exceptional. Best place we stayed in our 2 weeks in Japan. The whole experience was just wonderful. We arrived an hour late and the staff were very accommodating.

Boasting an open-air hot springs bath and spacious garden, Arima Grand Hotel is located a 10-minute walk away from Arima Onsen Station. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. The breakfast was the BEST in my lifetime so far! Every dish was perfect including all the main dishes and side dishes. Ingredients were so fresh and tasty.

Ubytovanie Tabiyu Abrigo má výhodnú polohu v destinácii Kobe neďaleko zaujímavých miest Arima Toys and Automata Museum, Zempuku-ji Temple a Onsen-ji Temple. Má výhľad na mesto a bezplatné Wi-Fi. Everything exceeded my expectations. Thanks for providing yukata and geta for use when going to onsen. Location was perfect and i especially love the tatami style room

It was our first stay at a ryokan. When we arrived at Kinosaki onsen, we were experiencing jet lag. It helped us a lot that the staff allowed us to check in earlier. A stay in this accommodation supported the magical atmosphere of Kinosaki onsen. After booking the accommodation, we also ordered dinner and breakfast. The food was very tasty and interesting. Especially the food that was being prepared on burners in front of us. The service was very attentive and friendly. The opportunity to dress in haori and yukata with accesories was also a great experience.

A 3-minute walk from JR Kinosaki-Onsen Station, Koyado Enn offers hot spring baths for private use, a café and a restaurant. Free WiFi is provided, and yukata robes are available at the reception. Central location, private baths, and delicious food (cafe 3rd). The staff at cafe 3rd accomodated our request of no meat. And the filipina staff at the cafe helped us and gave excellent service.

Taketoritei Maruyama is a non-smoking Japanese-style accommodation featuring natural hot spring baths for private use and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The service of the onsen hotel is awesome .
