Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. An excelent lake front hotel with very comfortable rooms and onsen. The meals were very good and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Excelent place to arrive to in Japan and catch a glimpse at Mt Fuji.

Offering beautiful Mount Fuji views from all rooms, public baths, and restaurants, Mizno Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Train Station. The view from the room was excellent, right facing the Mt Fuji. and free onsen was amazing, staffs were so friendly and very helpful.

Takayama jaamast vaid 2-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel paiknev Oyado Koto No Yume pakub jaapanipärase stiili ja värvikate elementidega tube. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The location is ideal just a few mins walk from station. For those planning to go shirakawago i would highly recommend to spend at least 1 night in Takayama.

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. The whole onsen experience was amazing. From the reception to being introduced to the room. We had yukata's (traditional home garments). Our private onsen was great. The room was beautiful, The futon bed super comfy. The food was OMG.... literally Michelin star (and I've bee at Michelin star restaurants). Staff was extremely helpful and assisted us booking travel to any place around. The location was great to just take a stroll and discover the Kawaguchi lake.

Located in a 100 year-old Registered Tangible Cultural Property, Ryokan Hostel K's House is located in Shizuoka, a 7-minute walk from JR Ito Train Station. This was the first hostel I’ve stayed in and I can’t recommend it enough! The property is absolutely beautiful in a traditional Japanese style with a large common area that’s great to hangout and chat with other guests. The staff also speaks English and are so friendly and helpful it feels like a second home. There is cleaning that happens in the hostel everyday between 11am-3pm but you can still use the premises and sit around the common area, it’s just the onsen that’s closed. The onsen is also absolutely amazing. The town also kinda goes to sleep relatively early so the hostel is quite peaceful by 9pm. I stayed in a female only dorm and it was quite spacious and everyone was tidy and quiet at night.

Situated in Kanazawa in the Ishikawa region, with Kanazawa Castle and Kenrokuen Garden nearby, 黒梅屋 Kurumiya features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking, as well as access to a hot... Nice relaxing place we had it mid trip the place is great to relax in and having your privet onsen bath is amazing and the place felt so japanese also the food is great although I can't eat a lot sadly 😂 The staff so welcoming and helpful the host waited for us to get into the taxi which felt like leaving a family home rather a hotel so sweet
