The eating/working room was across from the room which allowed my husband to read and check emails without distractions. All in all it’s a well thought space setting. Kudos to the architect.

Free internet access and a public bath are provided. conveniently located near station n eateries. lovely onsen on the rooftop, free ice cream, coffee, ramen in the evening n yogurt milk drink in the morning. plenty of washing machines, free wash with detergent provided, you only pay for the dryer breakfast buffet was good! good sized room too

The room was very comfy, as shown in the photographs. The dinner and breakfast were excellent - some of the best food we had in Japan. The private onsen was great, beautiful outlook onto the snow, water not too hot. Staff very friendly and accommodating to our very poor Japanese - google translate worked well for us all!
