The property is facing a beautiful lake and it’s a relaxing setting for those busy people coming to decompress there. They have outdoor and indoor, private Onsen ofurô, and the room was wide and spacious, including areas such as bathroom and shower, with separation of spaces, providing privacy. The eating/working room was across from the room which allowed my husband to read and check emails without distractions. All in all it’s a well thought space setting. Kudos to the architect.

Endo couple is very friendly and helpful. Our family liked our stay in their nice house. The house was very spacious and has a lot of little touches. We came here for ski and didn’t rent a car. Endo gave us several free ride to the ski resort which is so helpful and we really appreciated! Endo’s wife is a very good chef and I super enjoyed her food, it was better than most of the food I ever had in Japan. I felt lucky I made the choice to stay here. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Tazawako next time.

Yukemuri no Yado Inazumi Onsen has mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Yuzawa. This 4-star ryokan offers a 24-hour front desk and a lift. food was excellent with local specialties. staff did their best to translate and explain in english. free midnight ramen was a nice surprise. be sure to organize shuttle service from yuzawa in advance and be aware that currently many connections to the south and west are restricted due to heavy rain damage.

This lovely little minshuku is run by a mother and daughter team who are very welcoming and cook delicious food for their guests. The rooms are Japanese style and they have two baths, which can be accessed as a couple only by using the FAMILY sign on the door.

Dormy Inn Akita is located opposite historical Senshu Park and is a 5-minute walk. from JR Akita Station is 8-minute walk. Free internet access and a public bath are provided. Excellent location, fabulous facilities: indoor outdoor onsen, drinks available during the day, ramen from 21:30hrs efficient friendly staff.

Featuring a restaurant, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. l left the passport in pervious hotel. But,the hotel staff (藤原先生）is very helpful. Helping me to communicate with the previous hotel, since I cant speak Japanese. Once again, thank you for your prompt follow up actions. Set in Yokote, 22 km from Omagari Station, Hotel Plaza Annex Yokote offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Overall, it was nothing short of an amazing stay. The check in was swift, room was roomy with many nice amenities, the entire facility was spotless, and the hot spring with a great view was simply superb! They also have a variety of souvenir shops, 4 restaurants and one coffee shot which we enjoyed taking local foods. The hotel was very close to the station for an easy access. Wish we have a few more nights to enjoy. Nonetheless, this all happened by the serious effort from the entire staffs who take credit for our awesome stay. For a traveler carrying a large suitcase, the room was big enough lay it down and open. Despite the fact that the hotel was located right next to the train track, the room was very quiet and the firm bed was excellent to give us a good night sleep. Again, thank you very much once again for all staffs to make our stay as comfortable as it get.
