皆さん一所懸命に頑張って接客対応され気持ち良かった。スリッパの消毒、部屋清掃など建物、設備は古いが清潔でした。

This is a traditional Ryokan so be prepared to walk up stairs and use shared facilities. The rooms are very warm and comfortable and the Ryokan facilities are well presented and clean.
