Breakfast buffet is delicious, though the variety is limited. Onsen facilities is large and good, with several different pools.

View from room is fabulous. Clean and big size for 3 persons in group. Futon are great. Onsen is big and good. There is an outdoor onsen put as a bonus. The surrounding area is quiet and property has its own parking so it’s not a problem if you drive. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is just so so. Limited choices. However, the restaurant also has same view of river so it’s enjoyable when having your breakfast.

Toki is an exceptional host who warmed our hearts with friendly and loving care - using google translate we had alot of laughs. You are a very special person Toki and definitely a highlight of our trip. Toki was very helpful with organising things with and for us and Iwamura is a beautiful quiet town with no westerners. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. The onsen was clean, and the outdoor onsen was a highlight. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were helpful in booking restaurants and taxi when needed. We also enjoyed the karaoke room, and my children liked the video games. We had such a beautiful room, overlooking the river and the mountains! The onsen was super. And we rested very well after the red-eye flight and more than an hour drive. Nice breakfast as well and room and hotel temperature were perfect in November.
