Room was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The owner  was the individual who checked me in and had to be one of the nicest people at a motel that I have ever talk to. I would highly recommend for anybody to stay at this motel.

We requested a mobility challenged room on the 1st floor. Spacious room with walk-in shower, double beds, mini fridge, microwave. Beds and pillows were comfortable. AC was easily adjustable. Additional, Third St. Diner is on 1st floor of Motel. Very good home cooked food. Don't miss the dessert case. You should order 1 of each!! GREAT LOCATION, SO CLOSE TO MANY RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING, BEACH AND BOARDWALK, THE HOTEL EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS AS FAR AS CLEANLINESS AND THE STAFF WAS PHENOMENAL, I HAVE BEEN GOING TO OCMD FOR YEARS AND MOST TIMES STAY IN BEACH BLOCK CONDOS, WHICH ARE VERY PRICY. I STUMBLED UPON DUNES COURT IN MY SEARCH AND FIGURED I WOULD GIVE IT A TRY AND I AM SO PLEASED THAT I DID, I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING AND TRADING IN MY PRICY CONDO FOR THIS CUTE, CLEAN, AFFORDABLE, CONVENIENT HOTEL.

We found Sea Hawk Motel on a whim a few years ago and always come back at least once a year! We love staying in North Ocean City, especially during the summer months, as it is the quieter and laid-back section of OCMD. The family owned Sea Hawk has everything you need from easy parking, private balconies, a kitchen, clean bathrooms, and comfortable beds. You are also a one minute walk to the beach. The prices are always very reasonable, especially in the height of summer. On our last visit, we arrived at around 12 pm, and I simply asked if we could park our car in the lot and go to the beach until our room was ready. They said it was already ready and that we could check in right now if we wanted! We love staying here and will continue to do so!
