Centrally located in Dunedin, Amross Motel is 400 m from Otago Museum. Guests enjoy free unlimited fiberspeed WiFi daily on multiple devices, more than 50 satellite channels and free Netflix. Brendan and Tina were excellent hosts with lots of useful information about the area.

Archway Motels & Chalets offers quiet and secluded accommodation, only 200 metres from Lake Wanaka. Great location right above the city center, all the restaurants are within walking distance and even one of the wineries (the Maude winery) was right behind the corner, so we paid it a visit. The lady at the reception was very friendly and overall super helpful. The room was very clean, the kitchen well equipped and the A/C was a great addition (apparently you can’t find it in every hotel in NZ). We only stayed for one night, but it would be perfect for a longer vacation. It it also very calm and I can imaging that it’s quite kids friendly.

Set within 600 metres of Dunedin School of Dentistry and less than 1 km of Olveston, Sahara Deluxe Studios offers rooms in Dunedin. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodation was well located about 15min walk from the Octagon or the stadium. Room was comfortable and warm with great selection of Sports options on the TV channels and wifi included.

Jafa's Motels is set in Lawrence and features a garden and barbecue facilities. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Lovely setting, so close all the town’s amenities, yet so quiet and private. The rooms are very spacious, and it was a delight to sit outside on the terrace and enjoy my evening meal.

Opened in January 2017, the adults only Cromwell Escape is located 3.7 km from Central Otago District Council in Cromwell and only 100 meters from the new Lake Dunstan cycle trail. Peaceful quiet evenings with the lake fowl is guaranteed. Liked the comfy bed & heated towel rails too! Access to laundry helped - thank you.
