It is a 45-minute drive from Whitianga and 2-hour and 30-minute drive from Auckland. Great location; just short walk to town center. Immaculately clean and modern updated facilities. The kitchen has a stovetop (hob), fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave and is fully equipped with cutlery, dishwater, classes and cooking and serving utensils. Comfortable bed with nice clean linens. David the owner is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately during our stay and just before he had a succession of entitled and demanding guests and he was a little rattled. Having spent a career in customer service I admire his patience. Please ignore the negative reviews in late December; they are not true.

Set on 1.5 acres of native landscape. The Church Accommodation is a 5-minute walk from Hahei Village and a 10-minute walk from Hahei Beach. Rooms feature a private patio with an outdoor seating and garden views. Loved having our own outside space, a private deck. Comfortable bed, everything spotless. Had 3 rooms in our cottage, bedroom, living room and bathroom, plenty of space. Lovely atmosphere, everyone very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend The Church Accommodation.

Was a nice breakfast, creative and filling, cold breakfast. service was outstanding from the hosts. they even said next time they will give more service, like extra facilities and very friendly people, highly recommend

Both free WiFi and private parking are available at this property. This is a gem of a place with lovely clean rooms and great staff. They have a BBQ in the garden which is lovely with a table and chairs. The rooms are spacious and each unit has an outdoor space. Added bonus right near the ocean and has fabulous sunsets.

Beachside Resort Motel Whitianga is 18 km away from Coromandel Airport. The location was very good. Our 2nd floor room had good views of the bay. We could walk to the CBD. The pool area was large and was an excellent place to relax.
