The inn is conveniently located just a few miles outside of the entrance to Canyonlands National Park. The building is an older building, but has been well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. They had complimentary coffee, tea and a small assortment of pastries in the office at check out time in the morning.

Both travelers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help make check-in quick and easy.
The motel was very nice and the staff very pleasant. Parking was not great and the location is not central to much for walking. The Torrey property was the most expensive motel on my trip to the area. I figure the location was the reason for that and most likely HIGH season.
It is a very nice place to stay. It is convenient as it is just off the high way 24, and it is very close to Capital reef (about 5-6 miles). The place is quiet with good views. It is very comfortable to sit outside on the property if it is not too hot. The room is like motel style. it is big enough even to accommodate a family of 4.
The AC in the room is a big noisy at night, breakfast is the same everyday, and not too much to expect.
This was a nice motel in a great setting, perfect for visiting Capitol Reef. The room was very spacious, comfortable and well-planned, with a wash-hand basin separate from the bathroom, which we appreciated. Breakfast was available on site for an additional cost, but this was convenient.
I enjoyed the fire pit, pool and hottub daily. Although I didn’t use it, there was a large and modern gym. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. The location is gorgeous and the teepees and wagons really cool to look at. I stayed in the motel portion, which was fine.
