The staff is rude and loud management is rude and disrespectful the lady walked in on me naked she knocked once didn’t wait for response just came in. The toilet was not working prompt at all they had to come everyday for 3 days just for it to flush tht view is Starbucks building and ppl in Starbucks drive thru having view to ur room if you on that side and addicts and drug dealers running in and out being loud loitering or just a neighbor wit barking dog on one side and a neighbor wit a cat in window for decoration on other side but hey besides that its GREAT FOR $67 a night

It was a nice location right off the express. Close enough to gas stores and food less than 5 miles radius. Very clean environment and welcoming. The room was very homely, cozy, king suite, work station, microwave, mini fridge, 2 side stands and nice couch also very clean restroom and shower. Not sure about breakfast; it was storming early morning.

    Very good price for a basic motel. Right next to the freeway. Didn't have a car, but many restaurants are within walking distance, as is the Woodlands Mall. The staff were incredibly helpful and couldn't do enough to help. The Manager , Jai was exceptional and is a credit to this hotel chain Thank you so much foraking us so welcome.
