I was staying for 3 nights for a family reunion. I arrived at 2:00. I was told my room was ready, but if I wanted to check in I would have to pay $30 for an early arrival. It was only 1 hour early. I always stop at the hotel/motel where I'll be staying when I first arrive in town. If the room is ready, I've always been allowed to check in. I have never been charged extra. I most definitely would never stay there again.

His attitude made up for me having to wait for the office to open back up as he was alone and had to deal with some plumbing and housekeeping issues left over from the day shift. Management needs to have more than one staff on duty during the busiest check-in times. At first, I appreciated the fact he was armed and provided security as well.
