Mattress had two holes in it , asked for another room n told booked up . It’s a 5 floor motel . Dirty/dusty room. Wrote my name on tv stand on credenza. Eventually turned the bed around myself because front desk personnel were busy . Sad manager n lazy night manager . Should received some compensation back for miserable Xmas accomadations . The property was clean and set in a great location for shopping. There was a great selection of good restaurants all around close by. Manager and other employees were personable and polite.
