I liked the position, in downtown, the free parking, difficult in that area, the basement laundry, usefull. The room was a small apartment with 2 room with a bed in each one, a kitchen and one bathroom.

The room was well appointed, with all the necessary comforts. It was quiet for a good night's sleep. There was a coffee maker and really good coffee provided.Kitchen facilities were excellent. We enjoyed the tv's in both rooms and the couch with pullout bed was a plus.Davie Street is very interesting and good eateries are available as well as a great market and grocery store. We loved our stay at Sandman Suites on Davie.

it was a surprise that this hotel located on Burrard street with all the fancy and costly hotels is old-timey motel. the rooms were old-school, but very clean. bed was relative comfortable. very good cafe next to the reception, where you can grab a breakfast. 15-20 min walk from waterfront and several bus stops nearby. neighborhood felt relatively safe.

Location - everything else was sub-par. The host was responsive to questions, but telling us there is a vacuum available to clean the floor and bath mat does not change the fact the place was not clean. Free parking is listed in the posting, but there is road construction (long term project) that means construction trailers are parked on the street, limiting available parking. This is not a fault of the host, but should be mentioned when bookings are made.

This hotel was absolutely excellent for my stay. Handra couldnt have been nicer, very polite and so helpful in every way. It is perfectly situated within easy walking distance down to some restaurants, buses station, coffee shops and etc and shopping malls. The hotel spotlessly clean with aircon, toiletries and all. Bed was comfy too! I got a free parking.
