Set in Tzaneen, The Pickle Residence is a recently renovated accommodation, 7.8 km from Tzaneen Dam Nature Reserve and 18 km from Agatha Forest Reserve. Pickle was a lovely stay, wonderful and help staff. Rooms were always clean and were a good size. Things were always made comfortable and accommodating even during load shedding. Really good value for money. Super relaxing stay.

Staying at African Flair is a wonderful experience and a great place to base yourself to see the attractions of the region. This is one of those rare places where only videos or seeing the lodge in person can fully capture the attention to detail and layout of the lodge, photos just don't do justice to take it all in. The included breakfast is exceptional too and way better than anything you could find elsewhere in town. We don't often post reviews on accommodation that we stay at but this is an exception. Having visited all corners of the globe this is the closest we have seen to a 10/10. The lodge is roomy, well decorated and full of optional extras at your discretion to make your visit even more memorable. If you want to really cap off a memorable visit to the Kruger/Blyde River region, this is definitely the place to stay!

The staff was very kind! The accommodation was perfect, with a nice private swimming pool and outdoor shower. Very high tech also (remote control of the lights, Sonos Soundsystem, excellent wifi). Each house is isolated from the rest of the domain. The program is very flexible

The cottage also have a large wooden deck with a fantastic view of the garden and the surrounding nature reserve. The sundowns are totaly magic from the deck. It´s very romantic setting and a perfect place for couples. Sabine and her staff will go an extra mile to make your stay perfect. The lodge is also a great starting point for tours to the Kruger national park, the Blyde river and other sightings. Dont miss this lodge.

The host and hostess were amazing, so accommodating and friendly. The food was lovely and the staff were polite and welcoming. Nothing was too much. We will definitely be visiting again.
