The staff were super professional and helpful. One time I went to for a sightseeing, they contacted their regular company. We were supposed to arrive at 4 pm, but I asked the driver to pass by a local shop, at 5 pm they were calling the driver to check if I'm okay or not. They also celebrated my birthday. This is perfect place for whoever is looking for elite standards.

Nuwara eliya Luxury Apartment ligger i centrala Nuwara Eliya, 2,8 km av Gregory Lake och 10 km av Hakgala Botanical Garden, och erbjuder boende med utsikt över bergen. We stayed for 2 nights and loved every second of it. The apartment complex is only a couple hundred meters away from the main road, and the town is at a walking distance, so everything you need from restaurants to supermarkets is just a few minutes away. The apartment came with a dedicated parking lot that's right next to the elevator. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor, so we had a great view of the town and the distant mountains from the balcony. The apartment had pretty much everything we needed, a kitchen with a well equipped pantry, a living room with a TV, 2 bedrooms each having a bed with a spring mattress (the main bed was really really comfy), 2 clean washrooms with hot water (1 common, and 1 attached to the main bedroom). We just had to bring the groceries and cook. Amal, the caretaker, is really pleasant and helpful, so everything from check-in to check-out was really smooth. Our entire stay was relaxing, and we enjoyed so much convenience, so we would recommend this apartment to everyone.

Amazing flat with everything one might need. The entire flat was really comfortable, lots of space and even a Netflix account on the tv for the evening. There were really nice restaurants nearby. The host was really nice and kept in contact all the time to check everything was fine.
