Staying at The Belmont was an absolute joy. Our room was very comfortable and met all our needs. Sarah the host is such a warm friendly lady and it was a real pleasure to meet Sarah. she has such a beautiful personality and nothing was any trouble to look after her guests . Her personal touches to make our stay so special was outstanding and would not hesitate staying at the Belmont if we are lucky enough to get to Northumberland again. it was an absolute joy to meet Sarah and her husband Bobby and we wish them both well .

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor is beautiful and room was very comfortable and clean. Gorgeous toiletry products in bathroom. Lovely food. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Situated in Bardon Mill, The Bowes Hotel has a restaurant, bar and free WiFi. The rooms have a desk and a TV, and some rooms at the inn have a balcony. It is set in a lovely village and is central to Hadrians Wall which was the primary reason of my stay. All the staff at the hotel and the owners made me most welcome and endured my stay was comfortable and memorable. I thank them very much. Especially Catherine.

Set in Cornhill-on-tweed and with The Maltings Theatre & Cinema reachable within 22 km, The Blue Bell Crookham offers a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a bar. We loved the location of the inn. It was in the middle of the Northumbrian countryside and an easy drive to get to the A1. We had a really warm welcome and a delicious breakfast made by Keith. A really lovely place to stay.
