Everything about Grand Hotel Victoria was excellent. The customer service was excellent. The hotel is amazing, and the spa was out of this world. We have been a lot of places and GHV is now our favorite.

In particular the balcony overlooking the lake for meals and relaxing was spectacular. The access to the facilities and facilities themselves eg pool and health club was outstanding, and the staff were very friendly and accomodating. We also loved the well maintained gardens. We would rate this accomodation 5 star 10/10

Cleanliness - exceptional. Housekeeping - outstanding service and very polite. Breakfast setting, service and content was superb as was the Spa treatment of hot stones we had at the spa. Concierge and service very good. Pool, beach, sauna etc excellent, clean, everyone accommodating.

Good food, nice wine, a wonderful italian breakfast, the services cannot be rated with less than 5 stars. A van was sent to pick us up for a reasonable tax. The driver made us a tour of the area. We really felt having a VIP experiece. Having the best of Bellagio only for us compensated the fact that almost everything was closed.
