The food prepared is delicious and worth to try. The facilities are excellent and you get everything you need for a comfortable stay. WiFi works well.

    Everything about this hotel was superb but what makes the hotel stand out is the staff The staff are personable , kind , humble and absolutely professional . You are met with a smile every day Hospitality at its finest Amazing trip from start to finish the bar food is amazing especially the tikka , the breakfasts are superb The beds are super comfy with luxury bed linens The swimming pools amazing

    Not quite a 5 star but that was purely due to the exterior which was a little less grand than the inside. The suite we got was outstanding for the price, we could not have asked for better!

    Exceptional service from arrival late (after buffet closure) - the ITC Mughal team kept the A La Carte kitchen open for our family of 6 to eat after long drive from Ayodhya. Additionally, the kids enjoyed the pool, breakfast was superb and the option to visit the observatory to view the Taj Mahal - a lovely touch. We only stayed one night but felt part of a family and very much at home there! Thank you 🙏🏽

    What a fabulously newly renovated, well-run family homestay, definitely a boutique property, amazing vegetarian meal to share with guests, so much delicious food, cooked to perfection, great rooftop bar with views to the Taj Mahal, super quiet location, central to everything. The rooms were large and comfortable, with great hot water and air conditioning. Aman, the son, on reception is extremely helpful and friendly, as is his sister, Lena and their mother, the fabulous chef.

    What can i say, this is an amazing hotel and worth it’s 5 stars! Clean rooms with any luxury you can want. The breakfast is very diverse and good. I didn’t make use of the spa or swimming pool but it’s all there and probably very good.

    Breakfast - Good spread. Sunday breakfast was too crowded. Room - I expected Deluxe Suite to have been a little more bigger. Upgraded to a luxury suite which was decent size. Pool at Terrace was good.

    one and only 5 stars hotel all over my trip to India) room was perfect - deluxe one. interior and all the rest in room was good, except bathrobe - I was assure, it’s mandatory in 5 stars. personnel is very quiet and calm and to their best in their every day work - and it’s surely works! professional assistance is what I’ve noticed immediately while even was checking-in! also amenities brand in hotel is cool - shampoo and soap - good content and smooth flavour
