Manor House Lindley, hotel in Huddersfield

The staff team were very friendly and helpful. We were attending a wedding at the venue so accommodation on site was key. The hotel communal spaces were beautiful and the grounds well kept. Parking is straightforward and easy. Breakfast was included and was lovely on both days.

Staff were wonderful. In particular, we would like to thank Beth. She is warm, friendly and went above and beyond our expectations in terms of service. The food was lovely. The chefs clearly have passion for their craft and that manifested in the beautiful food. Location is lovely. Great scenery for a quiet getaway.

We were just lucky to pick a night to stay when the weather was stunning, the whole house was exactly as described, it was spotless and ever so comfy it covered all of our needs perfectly. We just wish we had booked another couple of days but if we ever visit the area again then 100% we would definitely book the same house again. I couldn't give any higher praise than I have. The shower was the best ever the beds were clean and comfy Top quality highly recomended.

As a global traveler visiting from New York, I feel confident saying that this is a truly world class hotel, such a gem to find in Huddersfield, the details to the rooms and hotel design is outstanding, delicious food and friendly staff. Little details I liked, beautiful artwork and decor, natural light, top quality furnishings, underfloor heating in bathroom, well dressed polite staff in Owen Scott suits.

Perfect location with stunning views. Spotlessly clean. Lots of extras to add a touch of luxury to our stay, including a wonderful hot tub. Homemade shortbread and champagne on arrival was a superb end to a very long day. Very friendly and helpful hosts who provided everything we needed for an exceptional stay.

Evening meal was excellent - very good choices and the quality of the food superb (thank you chef!). The staff (especially Tim and Annie) were just brilliant - very helpful, friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good (a la carte rather than buffet) and the selection was good.
