Parking direct outside is such a bonus. Rooms spotless unsure how the cleaner does such a good job. Coffee/tea and biscuits provided. Breakfast is yogurts/cereal and toast. The highlight is Al. He greets you at the door. Al provides a map and information as he knows his city so well. Lovely to talk to. Made us feel so welcome. 5 stars from us for sure !

Hosts went beyond any expectations at everything, even providing exceptional home baking at breakfast time. The bed was exceptionally comfortable as were the pillows and the bedding and towels were luxurious. The tea, coffee and snacks provided in the room were of the highest quality. All exceptional. This provider was of a standard higher than any I have experienced and puts the Savoy Hotel in London and many other luxury hotels I have stayed at, to shame.
