There were all facilities as described, bed super big and comfy. Many details of design, No stairs to access as it is in ground floor (one step inside between "kitchen" and room). A recommendable place to stay in this city.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were superb!!! I enjoyed the green and reclaimed areas near the hotel. They are also very responsive by phone and e-mail, so 5 stars for the service. We stayed only 2 nights, and the room was cleaned in between. The kitchen is very well equipped - good for travellers who like to cook and save money. Our room was surprisingly big, more like a flat. The bed was extra large and comfortable. Amenities machines in the hall and spacious lockers outside (which we could access after the checkout) are also a plus.DéboraGroup
