It was wonderful. the staff is very helpful and nice. helped with all questions and we received recommendations. while walking around the area, we decided that this hotel was the best. the food in the restaurant is amazing. the bed in the room is extra large, I'm didn’t see that before. a big thank you to all the staff!

The staff were exceptional and very helpful. The rooms were great. Especially the fact that Sapa is cold in December. Warm heater, comfy beds, and warm shower. The food served at the restaurant was exceptional. I would stay here again, without a doubt.

The Hotel is probably the prettiest hotel in Sapa. The design is great, located a bit up the hill. The room was very spacious! Breakfast was great, too! Fresh pho, choice of eggs and everyday different hot options. But the best part: the service! Incredibly nice staff! We got free breakfast the morning we arrived and were offered to take a shower twice, before check-in and after check-out a day later! All this without us asking for it, but proactively offered by the staff. Highly recommended, as this is a true gem in Sapa!
