Offering an outdoor pool, Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge is nestled in the Western Corridor, near Grumeti River on a tree-clad ridge with sweeping views of the Serengeti National Park. Groves of acacia trees watered by sparkling streams cool down the property. The staff was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The views are amazing and I can't compare it to any place I have ever been. The food was great as well as the atmosphere.

Seronera Airstrip Airport is 2 km away, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. Absolutely superb location in the middle of the Serengeti. The building is older though. There is comfort in knowing that it is a physical structure as opposed to a tented lodge. Food was good.
