Reindeer Lodge features a sauna and free private parking, and is within 23 km of Kiruna Train Station and 20 km of Kiruna Bus Station. The best place, best glamping experience ever. The lodge is right in front of Jukkasjärvi lake (Torne river), which in winter is frozen and covered with snow. You can walk across to this village, where the small and pleasant Sami museum is located. We even crossed the lake on the way back to the village, to catch the bus (501} departing from the Ice hotel. (very punctual bus, which goes to Kiruna). The dinner included and served at the museum was divine. Breakfast in the tent is also great. There is also a very well equipped shared kitchen with a very pleasant lounge area. When night falls, fireplaces are lit around the camp, bringing people together as they wait for the northernlights, that appear majestic in this spot. One of the best places to see them, in the middle of the icy river. (better than Abisko or Kiruna). The chalets are extremely welcoming, comfortable, clean. A small indoor fireplace makes the space even more pleasant. The sauna is top Reindeers beautify the place. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Thanks for the spirit of receiving. It engraved in our hearts and irises, indelible memories. One of the best moments of our trip in Swedish Lapland.

Set in Jukkasjärvi, Camp Caroli Wooden Cabins offers free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden, a terrace and barbecue facilities. I liked absolutely everything. Great experience of escaping from the city and being among nature. Stefan is a great host! We also took a snowmobile tour and enjoyed winter activities. Also, from the house along the lake you can walk in an hour to the ice hotel, and along the way you can enjoy the snow, mountains, forest and beautiful views. I hope that we will return to Camp Caroli once again to see the northern lights again and live this experience away from the city alone with nature.

Featuring lake views, Arctic Gourmet Cabin in Kiruna features accommodation, free bikes, a garden, a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. The host, Johan, was really nice and hospitable and the location itself was lovely as it was remote and allowed us to gaze up at the aurora without light pollution getting in the way. Unfortunately I believe those were the only two reasons I was not entirely disappointed with my choice.
