Valea Legendelor se encuentra en Grădiştea de Munte, en la región de Hunedoara, a 33 km de AquaPark Arsenal. Very private. Loved going to sleep listening to the river and waking up to roosters from the farm next door. The setting deep in the mountains features the cleanest air I’ve ever breathed and SO MANY STARS. The craftsmanship of the buildings is astonishing—have not seen anything like this in a new construction, from the exquisite dovetailed carpentry, all the way down to the iron latches for the gates. Even though from the outside it looks like this could be a historic house, the inside has plenty of modern comforts: air conditioning, spa-like bathroom, and even WiFi. Truly amazing how much work and planning must have gone into creating this wonderful venue; I can only imagine it is the realization of a longtime dream.

Sam, the owner, will turn the world upside down to make your stay feel as comfortable as possible. The place is very clean, there is a shared kitchen very well equipped and a shared living room with the coolest fireplace ever. The location has a cool industrial look. We spent 2 nights so during the day we hiked the nearby peaks and during the night we gawked our eyes at the night sky for meteors because of the Perseids. Because of the short stay we couldn't take advantage of all the activities that are possible (ATV's, hot tub, paragliding) but we plan to on our next stay. Thank you Sam for making us feel like old friends.

Cazare La Oana está en Haţeg, a 39 km de Castillo de Hunyad y a 30 km de Monasterio de Prislop. Ofrece jardín, restaurante y wifi gratis. Very nice combination between maintaining the traditional features of the old house and adding on top all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The owners, Oana and Vlad are welcoming people, doing everything with passion and dedication. I enjoyed spending time with them and exploring the property and the village. Great find and would love to come back doar a longer stay.

Cabana la Razvan está en Petroşani y ofrece vistas a la montaña, terraza, restaurante, bar y acceso a pie de pista. Se ofrece wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. Really nice host. Razvan provided us a lot of helpful information. The food was also really good at the restaurant. And we had all the facilities we needed.

Scenic views. A comfy environment where you'll be able to enjoy the majestic beautiness of the Retezat mountains. You'll be greeted by the friendly owner of the place and his two beautiful dogs (super friendly, love to be petted) who will even follow you around the trails! Wonderful place, amazing experience. Would absolutely recommend!
