This was the best homestay in Sri Lanka. The family was so nice and helped me with everything, I got a cup of coffee when arriving, the room was beautiful and very clean. The location was on walking distance from town but very peaceful and the view amazing. Breakfast amazing. You get a lot for a low price. And they showed me around in the area. Very lovely!

We had an amazing stay, in the middle of the nature with view on rice fields and Sigirya rock. Definitely one of the best stay we had in Sri Lanka. Also the very friendly owner suggested us a driver, who helped and escorted us for the rest of our trip with very competitive prices and amazing service (no tourists scams). Located in Sigiriya, 2.3 km from Sigiriya Rock and 5.5 km from Pidurangala Rock, Nice View Lodge provides accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning and access to a garden with a terrace. Place is good. Access was little difficult at the beginning. Mr. Udika was great. Good place in general.

He's very welcoming, funny, helpful and generous. He drove us to all places and cooked us with his wife delicious dinners at unbeatable prices. The breakfasts were also amazing. His place is nice and quiet, well located and the swimming is a great addition. Definitely recommended for a great experience in Sigiriya

Set amidst a natural landscape, Back of Beyond – Pidurangala offers a peaceful getaway in Sigiriya. A night in a tree house was exceptional! Staff was so friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Pidurangala rock. Offered a night walk to view the Loris. Restaurant was lovely and food was fresh and delicious.
