The hotel is perfectly located only 5min slow stroll from main part of downtown but still at the edge of the djungel. The hotel breastfast is excellent (a choice of eggs, pancake, waffles and french toast, juice, fruit and coffee/tea) and the restaurant offers views of the volcano and lots of exotic birds (they feed them)- bring your camera! The staff is very helpful and helped us book all our activities including a wonderful sloths tour with their own guide Armando! Armando also took us on a 15min evening stroll in the garden and showed us frogs, lizards and bats. We were 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The kids especially enjoyed the pool table area and the breakfast.
