Very beautiful, new rooms in a quiet location, at a short walking distance to the city center. Double bed king size, probably the most comfortable bed we had during our trip in Chile! And excellent communication with the host! We had a very long delay on our flight to Punta Arenas that day and we ended up arriving at midnight at the hotel, so the host made sure to leave us the keys outside and sent us a couple of videos with instructions how to enter our room, which were much appreciated! Room spotlessly clean with all the amenities we could ask for. Strongly recommended!

Ruben is an amazing person and an incredible host.  Peuma lodge is located in a breath taking forest clearing with a gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains, a small river crossing the grassy land, it's absolutely perfect.  We stayed in a specious and beautifully decorated wooden cabin with the MOST comfortable bed we had in our entire 2 months vacation.  The place had a fire place that keeps it warm and cozy.  The bathroom was very big and luxurious, it was a pleasure.  We were arrived after a long drive and spent 2 nights. Although there are many trails and other attractions in the area - with which Ruben can help you - the weather was rainy so we decided to stay in and had the most comfortable stay we could ever hope for. We got to use the hot tub and sauna, play ping-pong in the club house, walk around the wooden paths and read a book by the fireplace in the beautiful common area and it was absolutely magical. Ruben was so attentive to anything we needed!  We would 100% stay here again if we are in the area!

There is a long walkway to get inside but they offer to help you get your bags from your car to your room which is awesome. The room was stunning, great view of the mountains outside, bathroom beautiful too. Very spacious room with lots of storage space. The free breakfast was great. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the food there was absolutely delicious. Well worth the money.

Patagonia is a luxurious mountain lodge set against the panoramic backdrop of the snow-capped Andes. It offers 4 exclusive suites with free Wi-Fi and balconies with views of Coyhaique Valley. Great location on the outskirts of the city on the hill. Great views, with a big outdoor space that feels quite and secluded. Staff is attentive and friendly. We were the only people that stayed multiple days, but we really enjoyed the quite and peace. The Restaurant is amazing, easily the best place we ate at during our month long trip in Patagonia.
