Views from the deck were fantastic, great hospitality, very good homecooked food by friendly Happiness. The lodging is simple but makes you feel like at home and provides comfort of a nice mountain stay. Breakfast was very nice. Replies quick and friendly to messages and always willing to fulfil requests.

Nicest place in Lushoto. Felt like a lodge, with fires burning every night. Every day there was a new menu for dinner that day including a vegetarian option. Service was great, we loved Hatibu and Suzi. Close to town but yet secluded in the beautiful local forests.

The area is very beautiful. A great garden. Spacious rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lodge is NOT in the village center, you need a ride to get there from the bus. Otherwise It's a 20-30 min walk, uphill. The Lodge is here: 04°47′49.99″S 38°18′10.82″E

The stay was very nice. Jackson is a wonderful host with a big heart, that's how I felt. Sensational food, you should definitely enjoy the food one night. bend there to eat. Breakfast is also great. The lodge is in the middle of the forest and is super quiet and peaceful. Located close to Lushoto, no wifi, you should enjoy that. Read a book, listen to the sounds of the jungle and relax. You can walk to the village or take a motorcycle, it's not far.

If you visit the Usumbara Mountains, we would highly recommend to stay in Swiss farm Lodge. It’s heaven on earth. The rooms are roomy and comfortable, the surroundings are mindblowing and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Emanuelle and his team made our stay very special. The food was so tasty and a lot comes from their own farm. We also did a lovely nature walk in the area. It’s not yet very touristy, which we quite enjoyed.

Very friendly and knowledgeable owner who hiked with me from Anmut Lodge through the forest to Irente viewpoint. The location is 15 min to the north of Lushoto, 5 min by walk to Magamba, where you can buy food. The facilities are very clean and offer a nice view of the Lushoto valley.

The Homestay is located in a really calm area. If you like to see Camelions and Monkeys, this Homestay will be perfect for you! The Breakfast was also very delicious. The staff is kind and the owner, David, will help you with any question you have. We are so happy, that we made a trekking tour and a safari tour with David, because he made these experiences really special. We apreciate the precious time in this homestay and we can recommend it for any nature lovers.
