So was the rest of the staff. Nice vibes. We liked the ofuro (bath) as well, especially because you could book it and have it to yourself. Breakfast was great and the coffee was excellent, which is not a given in most ski resort hotels! :) All the staples of a ski lodge were there. Spacious drying room, storage, etc. There a chilling area with loads of manga - in Japanese. Nice touch. :)

The bar is an added bonus and brings everyone together and makes new ski buddies for the next day if you need someone to ski with . It’s relaxed and has a feeling of “ Faulty Towers” in the best way . I loved having my own personal bathroom .
