Did pre check in from the email they sent and our room was ready when we got there at 2:40. Fridge was already plugged in which was great. Was also able to get a parking spot so that was great too.

The tv in our room wasn’t working and on our way out for dinner we mentioned it to the staff at the front desk. We returned to a note saying he couldn’t fix it, but they gave us a 30$ breakfast credit which was an unexpected surprise. I will absolutely be staying here the next time I attend an event at KeyBank center.MMAGGIEUnited States

The employees are all extremely helpful & friendly. Proximity to the KeyBank Center is very good ... just 10 minutes walk.

I would highly recommend to anyone coming to Buffalo for an NHL game; the city of Buffalo offers free 'metro' or 'above ground subway' service (on special event dates) that is literally across the street from the Hilton. Fast and drops you off right in front of the Keybank Center! Amazing! Overall, a great sprot also for just causal walking the streets!
