A magnificent place from which to experience Thai's natural environment. Highly recommended despite the rather rudimentary accommodation options on the lake. However, it is only worth going to Khao Sok if you stay on the lake as that is where the hikes through the rainforest are and where the animals are. May, Ning and staff are super friendly, warm and accommodating. The hotel is a 5 minute walk away from the main village road with an abundance of restaurants and small convenience shops and a 5 minute ride a way from the Khao Sok National Park. The staff serve a delicious and most beautifully served breakfast we have ever had. May and Ning, thank you for an exceptional stay!!
