Immaculately clean and modern updated facilities.
The kitchen has a stovetop (hob), fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave and is fully equipped with cutlery, dishwater, classes and cooking and serving utensils.
Comfortable bed with nice clean linens.
David the owner is very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately during our stay and just before he had a succession of entitled and demanding guests and he was a little rattled. Having spent a career in customer service I admire his patience.
Please ignore the negative reviews in late December; they are not true.
Coromandel Seaview Motel is located between the mountains and the sea of the Coromandel Peninsula. It is close to renowned saltwater fishing and a number of outdoor activities.

Wonderful gem of a place. The location is spectacular and Kim and Gail very warm and welcoming.
We stayed in the 2 bed spa apartment with our son between Christmas and New Year.
Everything was spotless, beds very comfortable. We made good use of the sparkling clean spa and did an evening BBQ every day just soaking up the wonderful views of the bay from our deck.
Nice walk down to Long Bay Beach from the apartment and we loved the zip line experience at Driving Creek. Could not recommend this place more highly!!

Everything about the WoodyHanger Lodge exceeded our expectations. Warren and Carol greeted us warmly upon our arrival, delivered delicious breakfasts each morning, restocked our supplied throughout the stay, and provided excellent recommendations. We cannot recommend this enough!
