There is never a line as there are many showers and toilets available. The free curry, ice cream and drink station are a real treat. There is also a tv in each capsule. There's a laundry and smoking room if needed, as well as a manga library. Probably the best hostel I've ever stayed at. Check out is also very easy, you can just use a kiosk at reception in the morning.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, location of the hotel was pretty good too, a station or approx 15 mins walk from the main Omiya station, and just right beside the Saitama station that will bring you back to Tokyo. Came for a concert at Saitama Super Arena, and the hotel is right in front of the arena. Breakfast service was not a wide spread, but was delicious with good variety daily.
