The location was excellent, right next Fukuyama station and thus downtown Fukuyama. Having the Fukuyama Castle park a block away was a nice plus. Nevertheless, the hotel also functions as a hotel and anyone can stay. The hotel was in very good condition, the room clean and spacious, and on weekdays a simple breakfast is included and there is a simple drink bar on the 1st floor. The price was very competitive with business hotels closer to the Fukuyama station, and the room is roughly twice the business hotel size and much better appointed.
