Staff were professional and made checking in swift, they would probably be very helpful to foreigners checking in. But, I spoke in Japanese the whole trip, so I could only speculate. Thanks to its convenient location, I was able to stage an early morning Enoshima visit because the transit access was just across the street.Louiethe United States

The location is great, just a few minutes' walk from Fujisawa Station. There are also plenty of nearby car parks (around 1200 yen/day). Staff were friendly and polite.
