Comfortable room with very accommodating and friendly staff. Lauri even found space for us to rest ahead of check in following a 6am arrival which was incredibly kind. Delicious breakfast available for a fair price. They were also happy to refill water bottles. Lauri helped me get some washing done at a nearby hotel. They can call the collectivo over to Semuc to pick you up directly from the hotel. Thank you!

The accommodation is beautifully located at the river. The hamocks on the terrace next to the river are inviting to have a rest.
I spent 4 restful nights, the beds are comfortable and the room and all facilities clean. You have the possibility to book a shuttle for a decent price to the most visited places.
All the meals were really tasty, for a fair price. They prepare it for the time you ask for and are attentive (offer you to change the place when someone smokes).
I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful place, but VERY hard to get to !!! 25km took 2 hours between Lanquin and Atitlan. Very bump.. the roads are better later. If they were improved, tourist dollars would flow. Lack of good comfortable hotels (no wifi, and in our case with kids, no electricity!!). But the pools are fantastic.AvikUnited States
