Lovely old building. Ideal location to walk into folkstone. Nice breakfast although I wanted porridge and they didn’t have any. Friendly staff. Clean room and bathroom, couldn’t fault it. Would definitely return.

    So very surprised - in a great way.

    So very surprised - in a great way. The harbour Arm is a great feature, traveling on my own, I was able to sit and watch the open air cinema, and have a supper - great choice of outlets, and a drink. The whole area around the old harbour is just a joy, with a great atmosphere. Came to stay for just the night to catch the shuttle early next morning, but will come back - to spend time in folkestone!

    Beautiful room on the 6th floor with large picture window and balcony and a lovely view over Folkestone Harbour and the sea. Warm, comfortable bed. The restaurant carvery was excellent value and very good food.
