The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel offered a great variety of food for breakfast. There were lactose and glutene free dishes as well. The location is great, very near the old city. Tram opposite the building, free parking in the yard behind the hotel.

Our stay at the Viaduct Hotel in Prague exceeded all expectations! The room was modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated, and the hotel’s unique design blended perfectly with the city’s charm. The staff were incredibly friendly. The location is ideal—within walking distance to many of Prague’s main attractions. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to have a larger mirror in the room, especially for checking outfits before heading out. It’s a minor detail, but it would add to the overall convenience. Other than that, everything was flawless, from the comfy bed to the excellent breakfast. We had a fantastic stay and can’t wait to return!
