The staff was wonderful - everyone from the front desk to the restaurant and the cleaning crew were so accommodating and lovely. Our two bedroom room was perfect for our family of six as we had plenty of room with the two floors and plenty of beds. Having laundry on site was an extra bonus when we decided to extend our stay and our kids ran out of clean clothes! The pool, the kids play room, the outdoor playground, the proximity to the Niederhorn and having free parking outside were all the cherry on top!MeghanNetherlands
