I stay here every time I'm in South Bend (on business). Excellent hotel. Great location. Wonderful staff. Clean and large rooms. Breakfast is good, nothing exceptional but definitely on the better scale vs most hotels in this price range. Also they offer free use of washers and dryers and give free detergent. That's a really nice addition.

It was very clean and lots of room. Much better than a hotel, motel better than a best western. Looking forward to the next time I can rent it.
