Beautiful views, bungalow is nice, good roomy place, the shower is average but it has a jacuzzi, the breakfast is nice, the staff is great and speak a bit of English enough (didn't need to use translator)

Nehir Otel is a fantastic and very clean place, with a lovely location and extremely helpful employees. They provide exceptional daily cleaning services too! When we arrived at the hotel, the staff members were very welcoming, and when we left, they all wished us a safe travel and hoped we would return. Because the rooms are equipped with smart TVs, you can watch your favorite shows on Netflix or YouTube. I’d also like to specially thank Ms. Selin and Mr. Hüseyin for their kind support.

Everything was just amazing , whoever travels to turkey and want to spend a real relaxation experience, definitely defne Bungalow is your optimum choice , the view , the Bungalow design , the atmosphere, the fire place , the hot tub ,the cleanlines , the grrat hospitality , the welcoming spirit by mr.dogan the host and his beloved family will make you feel more than welcomed , the brrakfast couldnt be more perfect , he even gave us complimentary light dinner meal when we felt hungry at night . Taxis can be ordered by him to drop you off to the nearest location. We truly loved everything . Thank you defne 🥰

Kuhla Hotel is set 8 km from the city centre and 12 km from Ataturk's Mansion. Guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. Every room at this hotel is air conditioned and features a flat-screen TV. Every thing was perfect starting from the kind and helpful staff who meet us with smile, the location of the hotel in the center surrounded by all what you need, the hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious, the breakfast is excellent. Big thanks to Erdim and all the staff who help us to enjoy our stay and special thanks for Sido Mustafa who was helping us before travel and during our stay with all the information we need about the city. I highly recommend Kuhla hotel for family stay in Trabzon. In general we as family enjoyed our stay in hotel and was impressed with the excellent and fast service from all the staff.

The room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The bed in particular was perfect for a great night’s sleep. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, from the spa to Turkish Hamam, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a great variety of options. The location was ideal, also it was peaceful and quiet. I was truly impressed by the attention to detail and the commitment to ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. Selles neljatärnihotellis on pakihoid. رفتار مالک بسیار دوستانه و عالی بود، هر چیزی نیاز داشتیم به سرعت فراهم شد، اب گرم به علت نقص فنی از کار افتاد که مالک در کوتاهترین زمان مشکل را حل کرد برنامه سفر من یک شب بود، ولی با برخورد عالی و اتاق زیبایی که داشتن، دو شب اونجا موندم اتاقها به محض تخلیه، نظافت میشد و من شاهد نظافت انها بودم که تمام روکشهای تخت خواب و حوله ها تعویض میشدند، تمام پرسنل عالی بودند و اگر دوباره به ترکیه سفر کنم، حتما این مکان انتخابم خواهدبود، دید اتاق به تمام دریاچه عالی بود، سرویس حمام و دستشویی بشدت تمیز بودند و به دوستانم هم پیشنهاد این مکان را میدهم، به نسبت هزینه، امکانات یک هتل پنج ستاره در اختیارتان میدهد، بسیار متشکرم
