The room was decent size, very comfortable beds and sofa. :) Very clean. Food at the restaurant is delicious, breakfast is varied. Location is 10 minutes walking distance from Manole Citadel. We had a very pleasant stay. :)

I thought it was a student camp. But since it was pre-booked, I took a deep breath and went inside. A different world greeted me beyond the gate. The place is beautiful. Nice people, the lakes are great. The bungalows are brilliant, they met all your needs. The restaurant was also excellent. We loved being here. We wanted to stay another day, but unfortunately there was no room anywhere. It's okay, we'll be back. :)

I had an outstanding stay at this accommodation, which is perfectly situated on the Cârțișoara riverbank, close to the forest, and right where the Transfăgărășan road begins, making it a perfect spot for nature lovers and road trip enthusiasts. The place was impeccably clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. I enjoyed the included breakfast and appreciated the option to order additional meals. A highlight was the small terrace near the river, offering a peaceful spot to relax. The excellent WiFi was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. With an unbeatable price/quality ratio, this accommodation offers fantastic value. Highly recommended!

Located in Arefu, next to the Transfăgărăşan mountain road, Pensiunea Bella Vista offers rooms with TVs. The on-site restaurant offers Romanian specialties and international dishes. A very nice place to stay at. The restaurant meals were really good, too. A big inner yard to park a car. Overall, everything was done very nicely, which gives a feeling of comfort. Strongly recommended)

Hotel Posada Vidraru is set 200 metres from the Vidraru Dam on Arges River, and features a restaurant with Romanian and international cuisine. Rooms come with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.... We liked the beds, the location (amazing lake). The pool and sauna were very nice, not crowded at all (2-3 couples at all times), very spacious, with an amazing view (the lake, of course). The pool and sauna are included in the price of the room, while the massage is not. The pool is open from around 8 or 9 AM until 9 PM, so there is plenty of time to visit it. We stayed in a double room with twin beds. We had the usual commodities: slippers, bathrobes, clean towels replaced every day, a kettle, minibar with water and soda. The staff was nice, the food was tasty. There are many activities if you decide to stay in the hotel - pool table, darts, air hockey, playground for children. We also took a boat ride.

We enjoyed our stay in this cottage very much, it's a shame that we only stayed one night. It is a beautiful and cozy place where you feel comfortable and you can relax in peace in the forest. The owners are nice, pleasant and always helpful. I definitely recommend visiting it🤗
