Toilet was very clean and automatic . Bath tub was clean and comfortable . There was also a personalized handwritten note from the household . Upon checkout , Chris was very helpful and prompt and The lady in glasses with red lipstick manning the breakfast entrance was very polite and attentive despite it being so early in the morning

The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu has been awarded as Five-Star hotel by Forbes Travel Guide for a fifth consecutive year. Excellent set at at Ritz Carlton Chengdu. Only initially planned to stay for one night but ended up staying two! Amazing, friendly staff who are true 5* standard from the front desk manager to the doormen who helped us with our luggage. Rooms nice and big and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend and will be back. Thank you so much! Kindly upgraded by the staff as well to have a nice view of Chengdu city and rose petals in the room to celebrate an anniversary. Michelle at front desk was very professional and courteous to at check out.

The rooms, lobby and the whole hotel is spotless clean. Beautifully decorated. A lot of smart features which work perfectly. No flaws whatsoever. The staff is exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Going out of their way to help with what is needed. Great location overlooking the river. Easy access to the Giant Buddha by taxi. Breakfast is not buffet, but it is definitely more than enough to fill you up. And we didn't mind at all that it is asian breakfast. We saw reviews where guests complained about breakfast being Asian. Not sure why, as this is Asia :) Just a heads up, the breakfast doesn't come with coffee. You can buy that separately. We would definitely stay there and we are recommending it 💯.
