Everything was just lovely. So helpful. Free travel card and discounts to attractions. Lovely position almost on the lake. Staff delighful. The most amazing suite with two of everything, two TVs, two sinks, two rooms, two toilets, two double wardrobes, two sofas, two tables, two balconies and even two big proper keys, with those old fashioned tassles. Old lovely hotel with new ideas. so good, so good, so good!

The Beau-Rivage Palace has built a reputation for being one of Europe's favourite hotels for its service and high quality. Everything was amazing. Beautifully decorated for Christmas (truly magical), clean, amazing, top notch and helpful staff. Food was delicious in all of the restaurants (we tried them all). The room and bathroom were vary spacious and we got some fruits as a welcome. The breakfast was amazing! The fitness area, with gym machines, sauna and jacuzzi is also pretty cool. The best with the hotel is the view of the Alps though. The staff was also extremely friendly.
