We arrived late at night and the person standing at reception promptly opened the door for us, provided us with our keys, and guided us to our room. The atmosphere of the hotel is very nice, it almost feels like you're living in a tight-knit community with the added element of greenery making it a peaceful environment. Our AC worked very well, although at times we needed to adjust it because we were getting too cold. If you want to go to Los Angeles one day, San Diego another, Palm Springs after that, or down to the beaches, this location is perfect for you as it is pretty much right in the middle of everything.

I booked this place two months in advance, only to arrive and be informed that the AC at the facility was not working and would take a week to repair. I was told that if I didn’t like it, I could simply cancel the booking and find another place, with no assistance or resolution offered. I had traveled with my family, including young nephews who had endured over 24 hours of travel. We arrived exhausted, only to face the challenge of finding alternative accommodation during the holiday season, when rates were exorbitantly high. This experience was extremely disappointing, highlighting a lack of care and consideration for customers. The handling of this situation was unacceptable, and it caused significant stress and inconvenience for my family
